The National Fishing Lure Collectors Club (NFLCC) is a non-profit, educational, international organization founded in 1976. The primary objectives of the NFLCC are to foster an awareness of fishing tackle collecting as a hobby and to assist members in the location, identification, and trading of vintage fishing-related equipment.

The answers to these questions will be posted later today. Some of these questions are fairly easy for those that were actively involved in the club during the late 80's and mid 90's. Good Luck!

I respectfully request that question #10 be stricken from the trivia list. It appears in all fairness to be derived from more than one reason. He found out what the position pays, or the Nationals won't be held in Memphis. What would he say? Is Clyde Harbin still around? Can we ask what he thinks?

If you want to see more NFLCC Trivia, let us know, and we'll do it a few more times. In regards to Question #10, I am told that the answer below is partially true, but the additional piece of information that I learned today, is that the first motion that new President Clyde Harbin made was to have the Nationals in Memphis, TN. His motion was unanimously shot down and he resigned. Thanks Joe Nelson for the additional information.

Also, regarding the 1987 Nationals logo, that obviously looks like the work of a professional. It was done by Jack Leslie, who also told me that he was in the printing business, mostly metal composition. Putting Ads, Books, together with Monotype, Linotype, Rules, Printer Blocks. He had access to the material to do things like the 87 thing, and he hand cut the lettering to make it look that way.
