W.T.J Lowe Spinner Dating

Ronald Harrington	Hello all. So I have a quite a few WTJ Lowe spinners marked Buffallo NY and I am trying to date these lures. I found that pflueger bought the company in 1915 and continued the line after that. So I guess I'm wondering if a spinner is still marked W.T.J Lowe does that mean it predates 1915 or did pflueger still keep the old company markings while they manufactured the line? I hope this makes sense and thank you for any information.
