The National Fishing Lure Collectors Club (NFLCC) is a non-profit, educational, international organization founded in 1976. The primary objectives of the NFLCC are to foster an awareness of fishing tackle collecting as a hobby and to assist members in the location, identification, and trading of vintage fishing-related equipment.

Bulletin Board

This bulletin board is provided as a public forum for announcements, messages, questions, chat or almost anything else you can think of related to antique fishing tackle. Inappropriate messages will be deleted. First and Last Name is required from all posters, and we recommend that you put your e-mail address in the message area so that people may contact you.

NFLCC Nationals 2018 Will Be Held...

scott jedd	...For the very first time in Lancaster, PA! Nationals were held in Harrisburg in '89 and '94 and this new location also right in the heart of PA will offer lots of space at the Lancaster Convention Center and nice accommodations at the adjoining Marriott hotel. Show dates are July 19-21. Show hosts should be locked down by the end of the week. Look forward to seeing everyone there! Scott

Kathy Magers	I am not a Lure Collector but during my time - 30+ years in the fishing sport (Women's National Champion on Bass'n Gal Tournament Trail) I collected signed lures from their designers and manufacturers. I have quite a few but just came across my "Little George" made by Tom Mann's Bait Company in the 70's or so. It was named after Gov. George Wallace - as he and Tom Mann (Mann's Bait Company) were dear friends. Tom introduced me to Gov. Wallace in the early 80's . The lure is signed on the package back by Gov. George Wallace himself. It is still in the unopened pkg with price tag on front and autograph on back. I will send to photos if needed. I don't know where to turn to get it appraised before offering it for sale. Can you please give me any suggestions on who to contact? I sure appreciate your help.

Jerod Aldaya	Looking forward to the show this year. Last year, the show floor was open for two days on Friday and Saturday. What will the floor days be this year? thanks. Jerod

Don Getz	Great area of the country for a National. I was born 10 miles from Lancaster.

gary lopez	My thanks to Stu and the board for choosing Lancaster, Pa. for 2018 Nationals. If this doesn't bring out the old Allentowners, I don't know what will. It has been a long time comin.

Dan Morphy	That's exciting news for 2018. Morphy Auctions will be on hand at the Nationals to accept fishing and tackle consignment pieces and any other collectible items for our 14 category divisions.
