I bought at garage sale a pflueger wooden lure, it also came with a wooden box that slides. I would like some information,I do not collect them.Thinking of selling, lure is missing a eye and a small speck on back........Thanks, Jim Krier...jkrier2222@hotmail.com |

Hi Jim, I saw your posting on NFLCC club site under Garage Find. I am a lifetime member of the NFLCC but new to the internet. This is an early 1900's Pflueger, 5 hook underwater minnow. This has cup hardware instead of the never-fail hardware which came later. The box label is probably for a hardware store the "playfair" minnow. That's what I assume, this was done for companies at that time. I will offer $200.00 for it. Please contact me at taylorsuzanne2@gmail.com ( my wife's email) Barry Taylor |
