The National Fishing Lure Collectors Club (NFLCC) is a non-profit, educational, international organization founded in 1976. The primary objectives of the NFLCC are to foster an awareness of fishing tackle collecting as a hobby and to assist members in the location, identification, and trading of vintage fishing-related equipment.
Bulletin Board
This bulletin board is provided as a public forum for announcements, messages, questions, chat or almost anything else you can think of related to antique fishing tackle. Inappropriate messages will be deleted. First and Last Name is required from all posters, and we recommend that you put your e-mail address in the message area so that people may contact you.

4 pc Rapala Shad Rap box

While at a garage sale I bundled all the fishing gear he had in one pile and got a nice price. Included was this box of Shad Rap lures. While the gift box itself had been opened it appears for all practical purposes the lure boxes have not. Rapala Customer Service said this was a sales marketing kit for Pro Staffers, Reps, etc. (They also added "Good Find!") The box shows some wear along the edges and corners and one 1/2" crease on a flap. No water damage, rip, or tears. The tissue paper liner has the Rapala story printed on it is and shows no damage other then possibly a little yellowing. While I probably am not interested in selling (at this point anyway) would anybody hazard a guess to what this would go for? |
