2018 Nationals News

gary Lopez	Happy New Year to all. Our NFLCC Nationals event in Lancaster is just a little over six months down the road, and we are off and running. The December Gazette, which has begun to hit member mailboxes, has an insert that provides details for the show. The hotel has been taking reservations. and there were already 40 rooms booked as of end of December, and we had to expand our room block availability for Sunday and Monday of event week. While still early, please lock in your room reservations. The Convention Hall had been refitted with all new LED lighting, and is nice and bright. Based on a preliminary floor lay out we will have approximately 350 tables for members and roughly 30 for displays, with some additional space as needed. You may begin to send in your table requests and registrations, and show registrations. Take advantage of our special show bundle. We encourage all to stay until the close of the show on Saturday. There is complimentary parking in the garage adjacent to the hotel. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance of the hotel, and the Lancaster Market, which includes many Amish and Mennonite vendors, is literally across the street from the hotel. Show table set up will begin Thursday at noon. There is an alley with access to load in area in back of the convention hall should you wish to set up directly from your vehicle. There will be limited hours available for off loading, as we have to pay security while those doors are open. We will have an appropriate amount of time for reloading on Saturday, upon close of show. If you are driving, there are numerous interstates that will get you close to Lancaster; From the South; I95 to I695 to I83N. From the north I81 to I283S. From East or West, the Pa Turnpike I76 is best alternative. Old Lincoln Highway (route 30) runs right through Lancaster and another option from East/West, but much more traffic lights and congestion. Gary Lopez	Nationals flyer now also on Joe's board calendar. We've increase rooms for 2nd time for Sunday and Monday. Keep those reservations coming!!
